The Trimble County Raiders put up a close fight in the final minutes of battle versus the Gallatin County Wildcats but it wasn’t enough to overcome the deficit in a 70-60 loss Tuesday night.
The game was the first home contest for the boys since they played Montgomery County on Dec. 18.
“The energy was higher because we were at home and the crowd seemed to lift the guys up a little bit,” coach Marcus Mumphrey said. “We’ve been going through a few changes. I felt like the guys played really well.”
