As the first set of Monday’s game against the Walton-Verona Bearcats took shape, the teams were neck and neck with the Lady Raiders holding its own against the second place team in the region. However, it was the Bearcats that walked out of the gym victorious 2-0, with scores of 25-21 and 25-13.
