Fresh off the heels of the Frankfort Invitational Tournament on Saturday, the Lady Raiders were hopeful to carry some of the momentum into Monday night’s game against the Beth Haven Lady Bearcats.
The team’s tournament play included beating Frankfort’s Lady Panthers twice and emerging victorious over Danville Christian’s Lady Warriors. The team finished as the tournament runner-up to CEC, a home-school club team from Louisville.
