Four Trimble County students were recognized this year as recipients of the newly established Triple Threat Award from the Kentucky High School Athletic Association.
Austin Cissell, Emma Horn, Logan Rogers and Evan Stevens each participated in a varsity sport during the fall, winter and spring seasons. Cissell was part of the boys golf team, boys basketball team and baseball team. Horn played volleyball, girls basketball and softball. Rogers was on the football, boys basketball and baseball teams. Stevens played golf, boys basketball and ran on the boys track team.
