Trimble County’s first trip to the 8th Region’s volleyball tournament did not have the ending that head coach Shawna Jent wanted, but she said, “Boy, did we compete tonight.”
The Lady Raiders (12-16) came up on the short end of a 3-0 match (25-14, 25-17, 25-17) to Simon Kenton, the eventual regional runner up.
