The Trimble County Raiders were whistled for 29 personal fouls enabling first round opponent Henryville to reach double bonus free throw status early in each half of the opening round of the Jefferson County Invitational Tournament on Friday, Dec. 27. As a result, the Hornets outscored Trimble by seven points from the free throw line and by four points from beyond the three-point arc en route to a 62-49 win in Madison’s Conner K. Salm Memorial Gymnasium.
